This Bilingual Recruiter supports a growing field sales and marketing services organization. You will manage recruitment processes for full-time and part-time sales vacancies. The work spans sourcing, application review, screening, assessment, hiring-manager collaboration,



and candidate follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple full-time and part time sales vacancies
• Screen candidates professionally in English and French
• Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records in Taleo and Greenhouse

Requirements:

• Ideally, three years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency
• Intermediate or higher spoken French proficiency
• Recruitment lifecycle experience from sourcing through assessment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
