Our team members are empowered to act like owners and make a difference through innovation and excellence in customer service.As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 5‑phase program to learn every aspect of our business from shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and more.Additional DutiesLearn the products we sell, how they get from vendor to customer, and understand all levels of sales support.Engage with customers over the counter, phone or email, providing assistance with various product and service issues.
