It accurately tracks and monitors every aspect of investigations such as intake, inspection, investigation, prosecution, and trial.A modernization initiative was undertaken in line with the Governments Digital First Agenda to deliver simpler, faster and better services. This will significantly improve the administration of licensed and unlicensed childcares. This initiative will be a key step towards improving safety standards in childcare facilities, covering regulated and unregulated settings throughout Ontario.The investigation details for both licensed and unlicensed care providers be stored in an electronic database, offering immediate visibility into ongoing cases.
