This leadership role offers a technology-driven workplace. The Human Resources Manager oversees the full HR and Environmental, Health & Safety functions. You will align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support a positive, inclusive, high-performance workplace. The position partners with Divisional Leadership and Corporate HR while leading continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Seven-plus years of progressive Human Resources experience At least three years leading full HR functions Manufacturing environment experience and applicable employment legislation knowledge Post-secondary Human Resources education; bachelor's degree preferred HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Bring strategic HR leadership, employee relations, talent planning, and EHS expertise to Autosystems Belleville Division.
