Lead product design for SaaS products in Burlington, Ontario, using customer research and interaction design to simplify complex workflows. As Lead Product Designer, you will guide a four-person design team while owning product problems from discovery through implementation. You will support My Music Staff, TutorBird, and AthletaDesk by understanding customer needs, challenging assumptions, and creating useful software.
