The full time schedule runs Sunday through Thursday, from 8:30 to 4:30pm. You will coordinate housing transitions, personalized planning, recovery support, and community integration while working with vulnerable populations.Key Responsibilities:Engage clients to understand needs, barriers, and strengthsProvide case management, goal-setting, and progress trackingCoordinate viewings, lease signings, move-ins, and inspectionsAddress identification, banking, rent, furniture, and life-skill barriersDocument case notes, statistics, forms, and regular check-insRequirements:Two-year social science diploma or current enrollmentHousing casework experience with vulnerable populationsOne-plus year addictions or mental health support experienceKnowledge of Calgary housing, shelter, and social servicesClass 5 Non-GDL license and required driving recordBring recovery-oriented case management, housing knowledge, and respectful client support to Alpha House's Calgary transitions team.
