This General Help/Cashier position supports preparation and distribution of meals to service units at Saskatoon Correctional. Duties include ingredients, meal trays, carts, dishes, storage areas, cash register operations, and meal ticket procedures. You will also complete sanitation tasks and follow food safety, wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Store food using wrapping, dating, safety, and rotation procedures
- Prepare meal trays and special diet trays
- Load and deliver meal service carts to pods
- Clean carts, trolleys, dishes, pots, and storage areas
- Operate the cash register and process meal tickets
