Support dealership software customers from PBS Systems’ Calgary Tech Center or Milton location using clear communication and analytical skills.

As a Tier 1 Service Support Analyst, you will support new and existing customers in the Service module. You will assist with software development, installation, and training processes. The work includes online and phone assistance, ticket documentation, and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer issues through phone, email, and live chat
• Document interactions and escalate matters through ticketing systems
• Assist customers with software installation training and support
• Maintain knowledgebase articles, guides,
  
  
  
  and frequently asked questions
• Review tickets and action outstanding queue items

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams skills
• Clear skilled verbal and written communication abilities
• Availability to travel across Canada and the USA monthly
