Lead enterprise AI governance and risk management at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada, shaping responsible adoption across defence and security programs. Reporting to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, this manager establishes and evolves the AI governance program. The work spans Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation. It requires risk assessments, practical controls, executive communication, and cross-functional influence. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the enterprise AI Governance Framework Conduct AI risk assessments and maintain risk registers Establish intake, review, approval,



and monitoring processes Translate requirements into proportionate governance controls Produce executive reporting on risks and program health Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline Minimum 10 years of relevant experience Experience developing governance frameworks, policies, or controls Understanding of up-to-date AI technologies and enterprise GRC Eligibility to work in Canada and obtain security clearance Bring AI governance, risk assessment, and executive influencing expertise to responsible innovation at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada.
