10 to 15 years of construction industry experience Diploma or degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management preferred Estimating and cost control experience on projects exceeding $2M Experience liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors Knowledge of contractual agreements, risk assessment, and estimating software Bring civil construction estimating, proposal leadership, and risk management experience to this Pre-Construction Manager prospect.
