Plan reliability-centered maintenance for JLL in Delta, BC, using EAM data, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment audits. This is an in office position.The RME Planner supports network Enterprise Asset Management teams and the Reliability Manager. The position develops maintenance plans, schedules work during downtime, and helps maximize material handling equipment uptime. Key work includes screening work orders, estimating labor and materials, maintaining equipment metadata, and interpreting PI metrics. Collaboration spans Maintenance management, technicians, Control Systems Technicians, and Operations teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop preventive maintenance plans, schedules, routes, and work packagesScreen, plan, update,
