Operate forklifts and RF scanners onsite as a Shipper Receiver at Napoleon, preparing products, receiving materials, and supporting logistics operations.This full time position reports to the Team Leader - Logistics and works Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. You will pick, pack, ship, receive, and store products using warehouse systems and material handling equipment.Key Responsibilities:Operate RF scanners to pick, sort, stack, and manage productsPack, strap, label, and load shipments for transportationUse TMS and WMS for carrier selection and storageUnload trucks and verify counts against packing slipsIdentify damaged products and inventory discrepancies for resolutionRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredOne to two years shipping and receiving experience preferredCurrent, valid forklift certification required for considerationExperience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipmentKnowledge of shipping documents, inventory systems, and basic computer skillsBring forklift operation, warehouse systems knowledge, and accurate shipping and receiving skills to Napoleon's logistics team.
