Coordinate HCM operations for McKesson by managing vendor performance, service readiness, financial oversight, and cross-functional follow-through. This senior position governs vendors supporting Payroll, Time and Attendance, Benefits, Talent, Workforce Management, and related HCM services. You will manage operational reporting, renewal coordination, spend forecasting, invoice validation, contract obligations, and corrective actions. Success requires driving accountability across HR, Payroll, Technology, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security, and external vendors without direct reporting authority. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor service coverage, capacity, backlog aging, defects, incidents, and SLA attainment Coordinate readiness for payroll, perks, compensation, and year-end cycles Maintain contract, renewal, notice-period, and approval calendars Coordinate spend forecasts, purchase orders,



accruals, and variance analysis Reconcile vendor costs against approved scope and contractual obligations Requirements:

Seven or more years of vendor, service delivery, or technology operations experience Experience supporting HR Technology, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, or Workforce Management Understanding of payroll and time-and-attendance service criticality Experience with ITSM, service transition, continuity, and risk management Ability to influence outcomes across enterprise stakeholders Use vendor management, financial operations, service readiness, and HCM expertise to improve accountability across McKesson’s enterprise services.
