The ideal candidates will have a strong background in general litigation and construction law, excellent advocacy skills and a proven track record of success in representing clients in complex litigation matters. *Responsibilities* - Manage a workload of commercial construction litigation matters from inception to resolution - Conduct legal research, analysis and drafting of pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. - Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings - Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on various construction law issues, including contract disputes, payment disputes, and construction defects - Collaborate with partners, associates,
