This on-location role is based in Recent Westminster.As Facilities Coordinator, you will support manufacturing, distribution, and office environments. You will complete repairs, coordinate workplace changes, respond to requests, and maintain spaces alongside Facilities, Maintenance, Health & Safety, and service teams.Key Responsibilities:Complete facilities tasks, minor repairs, and general upkeepBuild, repair, and modify furniture, fixtures, and workstationsCoordinate moves, reconfigurations, and production line setupsIdentify hazards, maintenance needs, damage, and housekeeping concernsCoordinate suppliers, cleaners, contractors, deliveries, and service workRequirements:Practical facilities, maintenance, furniture, construction, or similar experienceComfort using hand and power toolsClear communication with employees, contractors, and service providersAbility to organize competing requests and changing prioritiesAbility to perform physical duties using safe work practicesBring practical maintenance, coordination, and problem-solving skills to support Arc'One's workplace operations in New Westminster.
