This is a full-time chance.As an Analyst II, you will support First National's commercial mortgage portfolio. You will analyze property financial information, review third-party reports, and assess applications against CMHC, investor, insurer, and internal policies. The work covers commercial real estate, construction, and conventional financing requests.Key Responsibilities:Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, and financial statementsReview appraisals, environmental reports, and engineering reportsPrepare loan summaries, financial analysis, and credit documentsCoordinate with funders, investors, legal teams,
