Natural product knowledge meets customer service in Rocky’s seasonal Product Advisor position. Work in-store with minimum availability of 15 hours weekly.

As a Product Advisor, also titled Sales Associate, you will create memorable, authentic customer experiences. You will advise shoppers about natural products and whole-lifestyle choices while applying Rocky’s service standards. The position begins in November and is expected to end in January 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate customer service and selling skills aligned with Rocky standards
- Share product knowledge and encourage team members
- Complete in-store presentation to defined brand standards
- Address customer concerns and complaints with intent
- Drive revenue, ATV, and conversion performance metrics

Requirements:

- Proven success delivering extreme retail customer service
- Love of natural products and passion for sharing knowledge
- Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- At least two weekly closing shifts Monday through Thursday
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
