Chemelex in Canada seeks an experienced skilled to be the primary operational and customer-facing contact for SmartTrace Enterprise and strategic facilities. Based in the control room, you will manage heat-tracing systems, coordinate with customers, troubleshoot, and support after-hours escalation and technical sales activities.

You will handle service delivery, alarm monitoring, issue lifecycle, and coordination with site teams and Chemelex resources, while leveraging SAP/Maximo for work
