Lead project controls for Fluor’s EPC projects, applying cost and schedule expertise while communicating performance insights to management and clients. This Project Controls Specialist III position performs or supervises project controls activities for an assignment. You may lead controls on small projects or serve as a Subject Matter Expert for a Regional Office team. The work connects engineering, procurement, construction, cost control, scheduling, and project management. Key Responsibilities:





Develop work breakdown and project coding structures Build integrated EPC schedules and cost control programs Recommend recovery plans for schedule or cost impacts Analyze PMAR and project margin performance Communicate variances and mitigation plans to management Requirements:

Four year degree and eight years related experience Or twelve years combined education and directly related experience Communicate effectively with management, clients, vendors, and contractors Apply technical knowledge and applicable statutes or guidelines Work accurately in time-conscious, time-effective conditions Apply project controls expertise across EPC schedules, cost analysis, variance communication, and recovery planning with Fluor Canada.
