Select People Solutions is hiring a Timekeeper on behalf of our client. Based in Taber, this casual, on-call role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment. The Timekeeper plays a key role in coordinating schedules, tracking employee and visitor activity, and supporting operations with accurate data and communication.

Compensation & Hours:
The rate of pay will be $22/hr.
Shifts will MOSTLY be 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Some shifts might be 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. MUST be available for both.
This position is based in Taber, candidates must live in the area or have reliable transportation to the site
Overtime pay after 8 hours

Position Summary:
Organize and adjust employee schedules as needed
Review, update,



and enter timekeeping data into computer systems (including payroll-related information)
Assign and communicate schedules and overtime to employees
Sign in visitors, coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments, and provide accurate information regarding site operations
Maintain organized and accurate administrative records

Required Qualifications:
Robust customer service and phone communication skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong multi-tasking abilities in a quick-paced setting
Previous office experience

Bonus Points For:
Prior experience using Kronos
Familiarity with the manufacturing industry
