As a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist, you will learn plan administration, testing, and reporting through training and practical experience. You will review client documents, track progress, and explain year-end reporting requirements, including the annual Form 5500. The work supports entrepreneurs and small businesses nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain client information for annual retirement plan reporting
• Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
• Reconcile rollover and plan stock accounts using Excel
• Complete 401(k)
  
  
  
  testing and reporting through administration software
• Prepare IRS Form 5500 filings using filing software

Requirements:

• Experience with document review and transaction processing
• One to five years of adjacent financial operations experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Retirement plan operations experience preferred
• Reliable high-speed internet and designated workspace preferred
