Lead lifecycle growth for Invoice Easy using AI-assisted prototyping and rigorous experimentation. This Canada-based role may be performed remotely with occasional travel. As Senior Product Manager, you will own the post-purchase customer journey across iOS, Android, and web. You will guide activation, retention, churn reduction, and feature adoption for a self-serve subscription product. The role partners with engineering, design, data, Lifecycle Marketing, Payments, and Customer Experience. Key Responsibilities:

Own post-purchase onboarding across iOS, Android, and web Accelerate first invoices and payments for new subscribers Drive payments, recurring invoices, and reminders adoption Reduce churn and reactivate lapsed customers Design experiments and scale successful results Requirements:

8+ years in product management 2+ years owning growth, activation, retention, or lifecycle outcomes Hands-on AI-assisted prototyping or coding experience Strong experimentation and data analysis skills Experience with subscription products; mobile billing is an asset Shape Invoice Simple’s lifecycle strategy through AI-driven onboarding, customer insights, experimentation, and measurable retention improvements.
