Drive M&E; field operations for Scott’s complex construction portfolio from Burnaby or Toronto. Lead trades, documentation, schedules, and quality delivery. As Superintendent, M&E;, you will collaborate with project management and field teams while reporting to the Director, Field Operations. Your responsibilities span subcontractor coordination, personnel mentoring, inspections, schedule maintenance, equipment submittals, and RFI responses. Success requires construction expertise, integrity, communication, and the ability to translate technical information for non-technical individuals. Key Responsibilities:
