and corrective actionsDeliver safety training and coaching to employees and subcontractorsAssist with JHSC meetings, reporting, and documentationMonitor contractor compliance and maintain safety recordsSupport return-to-work programs and continuous improvement initiativesQualifications and Skills:Post-secondary education in Health & Safety or related field3+ years of experience in a Health & Safety role (construction/industrial preferred)Robust knowledge of OHSA, WHMIS, and safety legislationExperience with COR audits and safety programsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel to sitesMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
