Lead DAVWIRE’s EWIS engineering team with manufacturing expertise and hands-on oversight in a full-time, permanent leadership role. Support quality, efficiency, and customer requirements across programs. The Engineering Supervisor provides technical direction across aerospace and defence manufacturing. You will coordinate engineering resources, manage process development, maintain technical documentation, and support production. The role partners with Production, Quality, Program Management, Procurement, and customers to deliver compliant products and engineering outputs. Key Responsibilities:

Lead EWIS design and manufacturing engineering activities Coordinate workloads, resources, priorities, and project timelines Oversee engineering deliverables, risks, issues,



and program reporting Chair change reviews and maintain configuration control Drive process improvement, KPIs, and technical capability development Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering Minimum five years aerospace and defence manufacturing experience Three years of leadership experience Expertise in EWIS and electrical interconnect manufacturing Canadian citizenship or permanent residency required Bring EWIS knowledge, engineering leadership, configuration control, and aerospace manufacturing experience to DAVWIRE’s full time team.
