Serve fans at Scotiabank Arena and other MLSE venues by coordinating food and beverage orders during sports and entertainment events.

This In-Seat Expediter position combines customer service, order accuracy, and fast communication within the Food & Beverage team. You will support fans in their seats while working with runners, supervisors, bartenders, and other service colleagues. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver food and beverage service to fans in seats
- Communicate order details quickly and efficiently
- Follow MLSE health and safety policies
- Complete opening and closing tasks when required
- Support clean, organized service operations throughout events

Requirements:

- Possess Smart Serve certification and legal serving age
- Previous food service experience is an asset
- Complete protected food handling training is an asset
- Bend, crouch, and carry 35 pounds on stairs
- Maintain strong customer service and attention to detail
