We are proud of our collaborative, supportive culture that enables success at every level and equips us to help our clients achieve their financial goals.The RBC Dominion Securities Winnipeg branch is looking for a resourceful, efficient and collaborative individual to join our team as an Associate.What will you do?Manage daily trading operations, including the accurate and timely execution of trades as directed by the Advisor.Generate and manage model portfolio trade lists and assist with the quarterly/annual portfolio rebalancing process.Run various portfolio management reports, including capital gains/loss reports for tax planning and review purposes.Execute and follow up on all client trades to ensure proper settlement, delivery, and reporting.Support and serve clients, providing a skilled and highly personable experience on the phone.Coordinate wealth planning services & liaise with internal specialistsLiaise with clients, team members, and business partners to find solutions and see requests through to completion.What do you need to succeed?Must-haveCanadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIREPost Secondary Education (College or University)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteRelevant experience in the financial services industryMeticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skillsNice-to-haveDominion Securities (DS) or Retail Brokerage work experienceEnthusiastic, committed,
