You will work with the Total Rewards team to develop programs, analyze market data, and support governance to ensure competitiveness and regulatory compliance.You will contribute to executive and broad-based plans, manage annual salary reviews, LTIP, and pay equity initiatives, while maintaining internal documentation and HRIS integration for compensation processes.
