As Patient Care Coordinator at Shoppers Drug Mart, you will help deliver seamless patient journeys and continued therapy access. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service regarding active patient file status
• Advocate for patients and assist with coverage details
• Maintain accurate reimbursement documentation for successful outcomes
• Coordinate medication delivery dates and times with clients
• Report adverse events and product technical complaints promptly

Requirements:

• Experience with public and private drug reimbursement plans
• Minimum two-year call center experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Salesforce experience is an asset
