As a Client Service Representative, you will serve Personal and Business Banking clients at a Vancouver banking centre. Answer questions, assist with transactions, manage accounts and products, and connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members. You will introduce mobile banking applications while supporting clients’ financial goals. This full-time, in office role may require evenings, weekends,



and work across multiple nearby banking centres.
