As Manager, you will support high-quality valuation services for entrepreneurial businesses, publicly traded corporations, and institutional investors. The work spans investment entity reviews, business valuations, fairness opinions, audit assistance, and complex financial instruments. You will apply valuation methodologies, financial statement analysis, and established models across industries. Key Responsibilities:

Manage business valuation engagements for reporting, tax, compliance, and transactions Perform financial analysis and valuation modelling for complex engagements Prepare and review valuation reports, presentations, and documentation Coordinate delivery within scope, budget,



timelines, and qualified standards Mentor CBV students and analysts while supporting team development Requirements:

Five to eight years of professional experience in valuation or financial analysis Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or business CBV designation or active pursuit of the CBV Strong business acumen and interest in capital markets and corporate finance Apply valuation analysis, financial modelling, and client engagement skills as BDO’s Toronto Manager, Valuations and Modelling.
