In this Lead role, you will help operations meet HS&E; requirements while developing and enhancing Job Hazard Analysis and Protected Work Practice documents. You will verify plans remain current as work changes, support look-ahead planning, and monitor hazards including noise and toxic agents. The role suits an experienced communicator and problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide HS&E; advice and recommendations to operations
- Verify plans and processes reflect changing work scopes
- Support look-ahead planning with site leadership
- Ensure safety equipment supplies meet site needs




- Monitor hazards and support continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Minimum eight years’ relevant high-rise residential industry experience
- Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication
- Ability to learn various computer software systems
- Valid provincial driver’s license and driver’s abstract
