Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Accountant prepares forecasts and explains financial results to stakeholders. You will support annual budgeting, maintain income statement forecasts, and analyze budget variances. The position also delivers financial reporting, business intelligence tools, and insights for resource-allocation decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support annual budgeting with department leaders and budget owners
- Prepare and maintain income statement forecasts
- Review results, explain variances, and improve budget accuracy




- Develop financial reporting and business intelligence tools
- Provide analysis supporting planning and informed decisions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- Completed or in-progress CPA designation
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders
