Lead an established consumer platform for Pogo, combining roadmap ownership, financial management, and cross-functional leadership from a fully remote setting.

In this Product Director role, you will report directly to the Studio General Manager and lead Pogo’s product discipline. You will plan and prioritize content and feature improvements against player needs and business objectives. You will also establish measurable goals, create executive narratives from complex data, and empower Product Management through curiosity, rigor, empathy, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set roadmap priorities for live operations and catalog health
- Establish quarterly and annual business commitments with leadership
- Optimize monetization while protecting player trust




- Develop executive narratives from behavioral and transactional datasets
- Promote accountability across product and studio leadership

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of product management experience
- Background in digital games or web and mobile platforms
- Experience maintaining and scaling established consumer businesses
- Emotional intelligence across tenured teams and player communities
- Readiness to work remotely across multiple time zones
