Own assigned data assets and improve platform reliability at 360insights through cloud data engineering, pipeline operations, and AI-supported development practices. Work from Whitby, Canada.

The hands-on, mid-level Data Platform Engineer builds, maintains, and enhances 360insights' Microsoft Fabric platform. You will monitor operational health, investigate failures, manage configurations, maintain documentation, and recommend platform enhancements. The role spans ingestion, transformation, lakehouses, reporting, governance, and automated workflows supporting scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor utilization and identify platform performance bottlenecks
- Manage workspace access, gateways, connections, and configurations
- Maintain platform monitoring and inventory solutions




- Document data structures, transformations, and business rules
- Validate AI-generated outputs and resolve documentation gaps

Requirements:

- Two to five years in data, analytics, or business intelligence
- Experience with Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, or Snowflake
- Git-based branching, pull request, and review experience
- Experience implementing CDC, Delta Lake, or similar technologies
- Independent investigation and evidence-based solution validation skills

Use cloud data platform operations, governance, troubleshooting, and AI fluency to strengthen 360insights' Fabric setting.
