Shape buildings and communities with WSP as a Structural Engineer supporting projects in Regina or Saskatoon from concept through construction.

You will design structural systems, assess existing structures, and support construction for building projects across Saskatchewan. The position involves collaboration with architectural and multidisciplinary engineering teams, plus coordination within project scope, schedule, and budget. WSP’s Buildings team delivers local solutions through broad engineering, advisory, and science-based expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design structural systems for building projects
- Prepare technical calculations, drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Develop practical solutions for structural rehabilitation and retrofits




- Respond to technical questions during construction
- Support junior team members and technical culture

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- P.Eng. registration in Saskatchewan or APEGS eligibility
- Relevant experience designing building structures
- Knowledge of Canadian structural and building design codes
- Experience with steel, concrete, masonry, or timber
