Reporting to the Director of Product Management and Business Optimization, this manager oversees category plans and production accountability. You will spend time in production weekly, understand product yields, question variances, and maintain accurate specifications. The role includes leadership for a Sales Planner and coordination with Sales on inventory and product changes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and report weekly product yields and variances
- Ensure accurate product specifications and update specification sheets
- Develop disposition plans for fresh and frozen inventories
- Lead Sales Planner development, training, and daily planning




- Coordinate approved product changes and recent product requests

Requirements:

- Three to five years product management experience required
- Two to three years meat industry production and pricing experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Mathematics required
- Office, project management, financial, and Microsoft Excel skills
- Initiative, collaboration, continuous improvement, and problem-solving abilities
