This senior leadership role oversees Engineering IT personnel, resources, and operating models within a research-intensive academic workplace. The Senior Director builds trusted partnerships while improving service delivery for faculty, researchers, staff, and students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Engineering IT organizational design and workforce planning
- Oversee technology governance, compliance, and accountability
- Direct research IT priorities and resource allocation
- Communicate strategies and service impacts to stakeholders




- Mentor leaders and staff through continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
- 10+ years leading information systems or related functions
- At least five years of senior leadership experience
- People management in service-oriented technology environments
- Understanding of research computing and laboratory operations
