Lead crews and contractors from Greenfire’s Fort McMurray Production Facility, coordinating safe mechanical work on a 7/7 or 14/14 rotation.

This Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor directs field execution across SAGD central processing facilities, well pads, and associated infrastructure. The position oversees work quality, staffing, contractors, service providers, and coordination with Operations and Supply Chain. Responsibilities include safe-work compliance, resource planning, cost awareness, and mechanical handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assign daily work and establish secure execution expectations
- Supervise, coach, and develop mechanical trades personnel
- Coordinate staffing, coverage, overtime, and contractor resources
- Monitor labour, consumables, contractor costs,



and variances
- Support MOC, commissioning, walkdowns, and mechanical handover

Requirements:

- Ten years of relevant industrial mechanical maintenance experience
- Demonstrated experience leading crews or contractors
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and equipment history
- Strong judgment, coaching, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to meet site access and field requirements
