Strengthen warehouse productivity as an Operations Manager II at DHL Supply Chain, leading teams and improving processes overnight.

This Sunday-through-Thursday night shift runs from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am. You will foster inclusion, belonging, open communication, and teamwork among Supervisors, associates, and leadership. You will also support safety awareness, process standardization, labor planning, KPI insight, customer concerns, and the consistent fulfillment of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach Supervisors and indirect reports through guidance and support
- Introduce best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Promote health and safety awareness throughout operations
- Foster transparent communication and collaboration across teams
- Address customer concerns to support exceptional satisfaction

Requirements:

- Two or more years in supervisory or management roles
- One or more years of logistics industry experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Objective-setting experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
