3M seeks a senior sales representative who can guide accounts, prospects, and peers while delivering quarterly and annual results. You will establish coverage plans, coordinate resources, influence communications, and identify customer or industry issues. The position may occasionally support training and mentoring other sales representatives as a co-facilitator.

- Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Workday, or Concur knowledge
