Engineer resilient back-end platforms for Nutanix Cloud Manager, combining Linux, distributed data management, and hybrid work with onsite collaboration.

As a Senior Member of Technical Staff, you will build next-generation platform capabilities for infrastructure and applications as code. Your work includes improving components across C/C++, Go, Python, and Java, while diagnosing deep issues in massively parallel systems. You will also contribute to application lifecycle management and centralized role-based IT governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build scalable back-end components across multiple languages
- Diagnose insidious issues within massively parallel systems
- Debug asynchronous network code and distributed applications




- Manage application lifecycles in software-defined data centers
- Collaborate to deliver robust web-scale software

Requirements:

- Seven to twelve years building fault-tolerant distributed applications
- Computer Science or Engineering BS or MS degree
- Robust Linux skills and relevant programming experience
- Familiarity with operating system internals
- Experience with storage, networking, virtualization, or cloud
