Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations in the Greater Toronto Area, coordinating integrations, delivery teams, and executive stakeholders. Hybrid work requires periodic onsite presence.

As a senior Oracle Cloud SCM program manager, you will guide delivery from initiation through hypercare across Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, and Logistics. The position coordinates business, IT, system integrator, vendor, and technology teams. It also covers integration planning with ERP, EPM, HR, and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale Oracle Cloud SCM delivery programs
- Coordinate multiple business and technology workstreams
- Plan integrations with enterprise and third-party applications




- Develop executive communications and program status reporting
- Manage risks, dependencies, scope, and budget

Requirements:

- 12+ years of ERP delivery experience
- 8+ years leading Oracle SCM implementations
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs
- Robust executive presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SAP-to-Oracle transformation programs preferred
