Develop high-performing retail professionals at Harry Rosen Les Cours Mont-Royal in Montreal through training, coaching, and performance improvement. The position is full time and permanent.

As Retail Leader, you will hire and train Clothing Advisors and Specialists, administer onboarding, and complete performance assessments. You will also uphold store policies, protection standards, cultural expectations, and exceptional service practices. Harry Rosen brings over 70 years of Canadian luxury menswear retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hire and train Clothing Advisors and Specialists
- Administer onboarding and assigned training programs
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance assessments
- Ensure store and operational policy alignment
- Practice Eagle on the Floor and EID behaviours

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of retail experience
- Leadership capacity managing a store or department
- Proven ability to develop others through coaching
- Experience creating tangible performance improvements
- Passion for inclusive luxury retail service
