The Customer Service/Account Manager manages the details that keep packaging projects moving smoothly. You will support Sales with pricing and development, coordinate Estimating and Production, communicate status updates, investigate customer concerns, and maintain project information. Understanding folding cartons, corrugated materials, and manufacturing lead times supports success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Sales with customer communication and pricing information

Requirements:

- Three to five-plus years of relevant customer service experience
