Prepare IPEX operations for ERP cutover and go-live through readiness planning, stakeholder alignment, and deployment governance. Support business continuity across enterprise operations.

The Director, Enterprise Process & Business Readiness leads the activities required to transfer ERP ownership into the business. Working with operational, functional, change, training, data, and IT leaders, this role develops readiness measures and deployment plans. Responsibilities include staffing coverage, contingency triggers, training-period planning, Hypercare support, and executive reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify deployment risks, failure points, and contingency triggers
- Plan staffing coverage during training and Hypercare
- Develop operational targets, monitoring methods, and reporting cadence




- Identify Cutover and Hypercare operational leadership coverage
- Drive stakeholder engagement across core business functions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or business
- Ten to fifteen years of progressive leadership experience
- Proven large-scale, multi-year ERP deployment experience
- Experience across manufacturing, supply chain, or procurement
- Demonstrated enterprise-wide transformation leadership success
