Work primarily in the field as a Health and Safety Coordinator with STRABAG. Conduct inspections, coach teams, and support safety across multiple locations.

This position spends 75% of its time conducting field health and safety work, including visits to multiple locations in a company vehicle. The schedule includes day and night shifts with 12 hour shifts and a shift premium. Experience in civil or heavy work is required, while tunnel construction safety experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct health and safety inspections in the field
- Coach workers during field safety activities
- Prepare Job Hazard Analyses and toolbox talks
- Maintain documentation and safety databases
- Drive company vehicles between multiple locations

Requirements:

- Two to three years of civil or heavy experience
- Tunnel construction safety experience preferred
- G driving license strongly recommended
- Availability for day and night shifts
- Availability for 12 hour shifts

Support STRABAG through field inspections, safety coaching, documentation, and travel between construction locations.
