As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will work directly on pressing client challenges and deliver operational solutions in weeks. This experienced role requires hands-on delivery across GenAI, agentic workflows, data, and enterprise environments. Transparent communication with technical teams and senior business stakeholders is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run workshops and rapid iterations with client stakeholders
- Locate, qualify, and secure required use-case data
- Build RAG architectures, assistants, and agentic workflows
- Use user feedback and domain expertise to improve solutions
- Ensure solutions remain transferable, governed, and maintainable

Requirements:

- Relevant AI, machine learning, software, data, or consulting experience
- Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on LLM and GenAI delivery into production
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Cloud, CI/CD, MLOps, LLMOps, and data privacy knowledge
