This senior Product Lead will establish an empowered cross-functional squad and lead launch readiness subject to regulatory approval. The work connects global and regional stakeholders with Canadian market requirements, while applying generative AI, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies responsibly. The role also represents Bayer with external experts, advisory forums, and healthcare organizations.

Requirements:

- Degree in business, Science, or related discipline
- Eight or more years of strategic leadership experience
