Deliver responsive technical support for building systems at Armstrong Fluid Technology, serving Canadian partners from the Scarborough, Ontario office.

This in-person Technical Support Representative role focuses on customer satisfaction, product assistance, and knowledge sharing across the RSEC network. You will troubleshoot complex issues involving HVAC applications, hydronic systems, centrifugal pumps, and heat exchangers. The position also involves maintaining support documentation, participating in technical project teams, and sharing customer and product insights with marketing and product initiatives. Success requires organized communication, root cause analysis, and the ability to manage multiple tasks collaboratively.
